Principal Sponsorship

Additional Benefits – Corporate Logo on Delegate Satchels

Official Congress Dinner

Entitlements Include:

Congress Proceedings
The congress proceedings will be used as a valuable reference document for delegates during and long after the congress. The Congress Proceedings will be produced is a bound hard cover volume and CD ROM.
Entitlements Include:
- Recognition as a sponsor on all printed Congress material including the registration brochure and program.
- Recognition as a sponsor (with corporate logo) on the Congress website with a hyperlink to your homepage.
- Acknowledged verbally during the Congress program.
- Company name and logo on the cover of the proceedings, hard copy and CD ROM.
- Company brochure to be inserted in delegate satchels.
- A suitable audio-visual clip or PDF document representing your company may be included in the CD ROM.
Delegate List, Note Pads and Pens
The Delegate List is one of the most useful items from a Congress, and is frequently referred to by delegates, sponsors and exhibitors during and after the Congress. The list will contain contact details of delegates, sponsors and exhibitors. This Sponsor is given the opportunity to provide notepads and pens displaying the corporate name and logo to each delegate. The notepads and pens will be placed in the satchels.
Entitlements:
- Company name and logo on the front cover of the delegate list.
- One complimentary registration to the Congress.
- Ability to place complimentary note pads and pens in the satchels.
